Bio
A four-year starter and letter winner at linebacker, Bob Waggoner is one of only three Juniata players to earn first team All-Middle Atlantic Conference honors at the same position three consecutive years (1970-72). A tri-captain as a senior, he received honorable mention All-ECAC in 1971 and 1972 and honorable mention All-State in 1971. He officiated high school football in the state of Ohio for 22 years and officiated Division III and Division I college football for 12 years, including working regularly in the Ohio Athletic Conference, the North Coast Conference and the major college Mid-American Conference. He officiated the USC at Notre Dame game in 1996 when he later worked the Las Vegas Bowl. Presently a field judge in the National Football League, he began officiating for the NFL in 1997.
