With the unprecedented cancellation of spring sports due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Landmark Conference will be recognizing an athlete from each member institution in each conference-sponsored spring sport for the remainder of the academic year.
As a pitcher, he appeared in 29 games and started in 23 games over his career. He pitched 118.2 innings while totaling 61 strikeouts (4.63 K/9). He appeared in 111 games overall with 324 at-bats. He scored 52 runs and totaled 98 hits and 68 RBI. In the field, he totaled 399 putouts, 40 assists, and turned 23 double plays for a fielding percentage of .984. In 2019, Kipp was named Landmark Athlete of the Week and was named to the Landmark All-Conference second team.
His slugging percentage is the seventh-best in program history.
