Udinski Named Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week

LANCASTER, PA- The Centennial Conference named its Offensive Player of the Week and bestowed the honor to Juniata quarterback Ward Udinski (Doylestown, PA/Central Bucks West). It is his first such honor this season.

Udinksi had a hand in all five of the Eagles’ touchdowns in Saturday’s 38-35 victory over Dickinson at Knox Field. He threw for two touchdowns and ran for three more including the game-winner with 4:01 remaining in the fourth quarter. Overall, he was 16-of-29 passing for 249 yards and added 129 yards on the ground on 22 attempts.

The Eagles are 2-0 for the second straight season and will look to stay unbeaten when they travel to Gettysburg to take on the Bullets. Game time from Shirk Field will be at 1 p.m.
