Bio

Peter J. Ciesielski arrives with coaching and operations experience across multiple levels of collegiate athletics, bringing a strong background in defensive coaching, player development, and program operations. Most recently, he has served on the staff at Lock Haven University, coaching Outside Linebackers, Linebackers, and the Defensive Line. In addition to his on-field work, he has played a key role as an Academic Coordinator, Equipment Manager, and recruiter, helping the Bald Eagles set a new single-season sack record in 2023 while contributing to the program’s first five-win season since 1981.

Ciesielski also gained Division I operations experience with Villanova University Football, serving as Football Operations and Equipment Manager. In that role, he oversaw day-to-day equipment preparation and gameday operations for both home and away contests. His earlier coaching experience includes serving as an Offensive and Defensive Line Coach at Marple Newtown High School, where he worked directly with player technique and development.

A former student-athlete at Duquesne University, Ciesielski was a member of three Northeast Conference championship teams (2015, 2016, 2018) and helped the Dukes earn multiple Hall of Fame team inductions. While at Duquesne, he also gained professional experience through roles with Duquesne Men’s Basketball ticketing and Fanatics’ Pittsburgh Pirates operations.

Ciesielski earned his B.S. in Sports Marketing from Duquesne’s Palumbo-Donahue School of Business in 2020. A native of Broomall, Pennsylvania, he brings a combination of on-field coaching, program management, and sports business experience to his work.
