Huntingdon, PA – The Juniata Eagles lost a conference matchup with Susquehanna, 77-57 on Wednesday night inside Memorial Gymnasium.
Susquehanna started the game on a 13-0 run, until Juniata got on the board from a Mason Hardy three pointer. Juniata was able to get within six with 7:28 left in the first half due to made threes from Ayden Hurley and Ty Kocak. Susquehanna made eight threes in the first half going into halftime with a 13-point lead.
Juniata fought back in the 2nd half but was unable to overcome the deficit.
Kocak gave a strong contribution off the bench, scoring nine points, two steals, a rebound and an assist. Hurley knocked down two threes, scoring eight points and pulling down three rebounds.
Juniata will close out the 2024-25 season on Saturday afternoon at Moravian at 4:00 PM.
