Bethany, W.Va. – Juniata men's lacrosse went on the road and defeated Bethany 22-7 Wednesday night at Don Ault Field.
Braden Yeager set the Juniata program records for career points during the victory. Yeager finished with two goals and seven assists for nine points.
Liam Walsh, Zane Kromer, and Dontez Porter each scored five goals. Walsh added one assist for six points, while Porter also recorded an assist.
Max Young contributed two goals and three assists. Jackson Eastep scored three goals, while Jahmir Barber added two assists.
At the faceoff, Finn Anderson went 11-for-17 and collected eight ground balls.
Juniata outshot Bethany 58-27 and held a 40-22 advantage in ground balls. The Eagles recorded 15 assists on 22 goals and converted three of seven extra-man opportunities.
Juniata built an early lead with eight goals in the first quarter and led 13-3 at halftime before finishing the 22-7 win.
