ARLINGTON, Va.- The Juniata men's soccer team battled to a 0-0 draw on the road at Marymount University, Saturday afternoon at Long Bridge Park.
Maxwell Mattioni made three saves in goal for the Eagles.
The first half saw Jase Colino, Jayden Gaynor, Ahmad Sajad, and Danilo Salazar all test the Saints keeper, but he saved all four shots on goal.
Each team took five shots in the first half, with the Eagles taking five corners to Marymount's zero.
Nick Mattioni, Beckett Young, Pj Mashinski, and Zachary Anagnos all managed shots on goal in the second half but couldn't beat the Saints' goalie.
JC finished with an 11-9 advantage in shots and a 6-2 tally in corners.
The Eagles will return home to take on Carnegie Mellon on Tuesday at 7:30.
