Men’s Tennis Starts Season With a Sweep

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - The Juniata College men’s tennis team won 9-0 at Lycoming, Saturday afternoon in Williamsport, Pa.

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - The Juniata College men's tennis team won 9-0 at Lycoming, Saturday afternoon in Williamsport, Pa.

Dan Ansel (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township) and Matyas Kohout (Prague, Czech Republic/Gymnasium Jizni Mesto) won first doubles while Jason Gerber (Commack, NY/Commack High School) and Roy Liberman (Montevideo, Uruguay/EIHU) won 8-0 at second doubles.

Liberman won 6-0,6-0 at first doubles, Kohout won 6-0,6-3 at second doubles while Ansel won 6-0, 6-1 at third singles.

The Eagles return to action, at home against Penn State Harrisburg, Friday at 3:30.
