HUNTINGDON, Pa.- The Juniata men's tennis team picked up another conference win over visiting Elizabethtown College, 7-0, on Friday afternoon at the Raffensperger Tennis Courts.
Maksims Kazancevs and Maxime Poustis dominated 6-0 at first doubles, Lars Herms and Dillon Murphy battled their way to a 77-65 win at second doubles, while Arthur DeYoung and Gustaf Geremia emerged with the win at third doubles, 6-4.
Kazancevs cruised through first singles 6-0, 6-0, Poustis eased his way to a 6-1, 6-1 win at second singles, while DeYoung took a 6-3, 77-65 win at third singles. Geremia won 6-1, 6-1 at fourth singles, Herms took fifth singles 6-0, 6-2, and Murphy completed the perfect day for the Eagles with a 6-0, 6-0 win at sixth singles.
Juniata returns to action Tuesday at Lycoming at 3:00.
