Kinnebrew Named Landmark Athlete of the Week

TOWSON, Md. – Juniata track and field senior Matthew Kinnebrew (Lansdowne, Va. / Stonebridge) was named the Landmark Conference athlete of the week for his performance at the Crusader Challenge last Saturday.

Competing in his first collegiate track and field meet, Kinnebrew had breakout performances in the high jump and long jump. He finished sixth place in the high jump, clearing 1.88 meters. The mark earned him the number two slot in the Juniata record books, behind No. 1 Adam Loser who recorded 1.98m in 2006 at the Dickinson Valentine's Meet.

Kinnebrew also took sixth place in the long jump with a leap of 6.41 meters. His marks rank third best among conference student-athletes this season.
