HUNTINGDON, Pa. – Juniata College sophomore setter Mike Kraft (York, Pa./Eastern York) and sophomore outside hitter Matt Schmidt (Catonsville, Md./Mount St. Joseph) have been named to the Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (EIVA) All-Academic Team.
LEXINGTON, Ky. –Juniata Seniors, Anthony Damiano and Zach Wanner were named to the AVCA Division III Men’s Volleyball All-America teams announced on April 12, 2010. Damiano clinched First Team All-America laurels, while Wanner made Second Team All-America. All selections were made by the AVCA Men’s Division III Volleyball All-America Committee.
FAIRFAX, Va. – Juniata College men’s volleyball saw its 2010 campaign draw to a close with a 3-1 defeat at the hands of George Mason University, Saturday evening at the GMU Recreation and Athletic Complex.
HUNTINGDON, Pa.—Juniata College men’s volleyball helped its EIVA playoff chances alive by defeating Princeton University, 3-2, Friday night at the Kennedy Sports + Recreation Center. After the Eagles took sets one and two, the Tigers fought their way back winning sets three and four, but in the end Juniata came out on top.
HOBOKEN, N.J. – Juniata College middle hitters Evan Halteman (Perkiomenville, Pa./Christopher Dock) and Ben Wolff (Meadville, Pa./Meadville) hit a combined .492 for the match and led the Eagles with 17 and 16 respectively, leading the number one-ranked Eagles to a 3-2 win over Stevens Institute of Technology, Friday night at Canavan Arena.
NEWARK, N.J. – Juniata College won three close sets and received solid performances from across the lineup as it knocked off EIVA Hay Division foe Rutgers University-Newark, 3-2, Thursday night at The Golden Dome in Newark, N.J.

ROMEOVILLE, Ill. – Juniata College men’s volleyball gave host Lewis University all it could handle in the first set, but eventually dropped a 3-0 decision to the Flyers on Friday night at the Neil Carey Arena. Set scores for Lewis were 44-42, 30-25, and 30-25.
PRINCETON, N.J. – Juniata College outside hitters Zach Wanner (Lancaster, Pa./Hempfield) and Chris Vrooman (Baden, Pa./Ambridge Area) were rock steady but could not lead the Eagle men’s volleyball team past Princeton University in a 3-2 loss to the Tigers, Saturday night at Dillon Gym.
