2016 (Freshman): Workman competed in 15 matches and 38 sets in his debut season as an Eagle.

High School - Workman was a four-year varsity starter at Warwick High School ... played as a libero, setter and outside hitter and earned four varsity letters ... named the captain of the junior varsity team his sophomore year and the MVP that season also ... in senior year, Workman was the varsity captain and received the Elia Mastromatteo, Jr. Memorial Award (presented to the Warwick volleyball player that exemplifies the qualities of excellence and true sportsmanship) ... also played soccer for three years.
