2019 (Junior): Appeared in 27 matches and 57 sets...totaled 13 kills, 216 assists, 45 digs, and ten total blocks...season high 33 assists against Thiel (2/22)...CVC Academic Team. 

2018 (Sophomore): CVC Player of the Week (3/12)...played in 32 matches and 97 sets...totaled 14 kills and 109 digs...recorded 40 total blocks...Lead the team with 902 assists...CVC Academic Team. 

2017 (Freshman): Schaeffer played in eight matches in his first season as an Eagle... recorded 60 assists... He had a season high of 23 assists against Marymount (3/17)...CVC Academic Team. 

High School: Matt Schaeffer is a four-year varsity letterwinning setter from Northeastern High School.. he was named to the PIAA DIstrict 3 AA First team in 2015 & 2016.. Matt also received PIAA All-State First Team honors in 2015 & 2016, as well as Yorks-Adams Interscholastic Athletic Association First Team All County honors.. Northeastern was crowned YAIAA regular season champions in 2013, 2015 & 2016, YAIAA county tournament champions in 2013, 2015 & 2016.. They were crowned PIAA District 3 AA Champions and PIAA State Champions each year of Schaeffer's career
