Emily Dowler Places First in Junata’s First Ever Women's Golf Match

ALTOONA, Pa.- The Juniata Eagles women's golf team participated in their first ever golf match at Sinking Valley Country Club, Saturday.

Emily Dowler (Old Bridge, NJ/ Old Bridge HS) took first place with a score of 90. Courtney Jubina came in 5^th place with a score of 105, Sarah Sotelo (Fairfax, Va./ Paul VI) came in 6^th place with a score of 109, Glen Brumm (Tuscon, Az./ Canyon Del Oro) came in 8^th place with a score of 133, Demma Franklin came in 9^th place with a score of 157, and Lydia Mueller (Carlisle, Pa./ Carlisle) came in 10^th place with a score of 169.

The Eagles return to action tomorrow, Sunday September 17^th,at Summit County Club.
