Women's Golf Takes Seventh at Landmark Championships

BRANCHBURG, N.J.- The Juniata women's golf team placed seventh overall with a final score of 899 at Landmark Championships hosted by Drew University.

In round two, Emily Dowler (Rochester, N.Y. / Brighton) tied for 25th and shot a 97 for a final total of 210. Alexis Zazvrskey (Northern Cambria, Pa. / Bishop Carroll HS) placed 30th and shot a 117 for a final total of 227. Claire Alfree (Mercersburg, Pa. / James Buchanan HS) placed 31st and shot a 108 for a final total of 229. Ellie Miller (Mechanicsburg, Pa. / Mechanicsburg) placed 33rd and shot a 115 for a final total of 233. Demma Franklin (Lewistown, Pa. / Mifflin County HS) placed 34th and shot a 123 for a final total of 244.
