River Hawks Strike Twice in Second Half to Edge Eagles
SELINSGROVE, Pa.- The Juniata women’s soccer team conceded twice in the second half as they fell, 2-0, on the road at Susquehanna, Wednesday evening at Sassafras Field.

SELINSGROVE, Pa.- The Juniata women's soccer team conceded twice in the second half as they fell, 2-0, on the road at Susquehanna, Wednesday evening at Sassafras Field.
In the 37th minute of the contest, Sydney Riegel (Centre Hall, Pa. / Penns Valley) fired a shot towards the River Hawk goal, but it went to the left of the frame.
The teams remained tied, 0-0, at the half.
Five minutes into the second half, Susquehanna broke through when their player fired the ball into the roof of the Eagle net from the left side.
The River Hawks struck again in the 75th minute to double their lead.
Cati Besch (Bellefonte, Pa. / Bellefonte Area HS) totaled 10 saves in goal for Juniata.
The Eagles will host Catholic, this Saturday at 4:00.
