New Wilmington, Pa.- The Juniata women's soccer team fell on the road at Westminster College, 5-1, Saturday afternoon.
Savanna Murray scored the goal for the Eagles.
The Titans opened the scoring six minutes into the game through Brooke Horvath, who tormented the Eagle defense.
In the 20th minute, Murray pulled the ball back to create space from her defender 25 yards out and fired a shot the keeper couldn't handle as it dropped into the net to tie things at 1-1.
Horvath struck two more times in the next six minutes to make it 3-1 Titans. She added another as JC trailed 4-1 at the break.
The hosts added one more in the second half to complete the scoring.
Juniata will open at home on Wednesday against PSU Altoona at 7:30.
