Lauren Lucas Named Landmark Conference Women’s Tennis Athlete of the Week

HUNTINGDON, Pa.- Juniata College women’s tennis standout Lauren Lucas was named the Landmark Women’s Tennis Athlete of the Week.

HUNTINGDON, Pa.- Juniata College women's tennis standout Lauren Lucas (Holidaysburg, Pa./ Altoona Area HS) was named the Landmark Women's Tennis Athlete of the Week.

Lucas won 7-6, 7-6 at first singles during Saturday's match against Albright College. Lucas upended the MAC Player of the Year and came from behind in both sets to pull off the victory.

The women's tennis team will play again Wednesday, September 20th against Penn St. Altoona at home at 4:30.
