Women's Tennis Falls to Mt. Aloysius

CRESSON, Pa.- The Juniata women's tennis team fell, 8-1 at Mt. Aloysius.

Vienna Cordier (Medford, N.J. / Shawnee) and Savannah Bailey (Rockville, Md. / Richard Montgomery) lost, 9-7 at first doubles. Emily Dowler (Rochester, N.Y. / Brighton) and Kelley Appow (Freehold, N.J. / Freehold Township) lost, 8-3 at second doubles. Kady Lohr and Emma Kramer lost, 8-3 at third doubles.

Cordier lost by retirement at first singles, Bailey lost, 7-6, 6-3, 7-4 at second singles, and Dowler lost, 7-5, 6-3 at third singles. Appow lost, 7-5, 6-3 at fourth singles, Lohr won, 6-2, 6-4 at fifth singles, and Kramer lost 6-1, 4-6, 10-4 at sixth singles.

The Eagles return to action March 22nd as they travel to Gettysburg to play at 3:30PM.
