HUNTINGDON, Pa.- Juniata College is pleased to announce the hiring of Nick Margiasso as Head Coach of Men's and Women's Tennis for the Eagles. "I am thrilled to welcome Nick to the Juniata family," said Director of Athletics Nikki Ayers. "During the interview process we were impressed with his track record in recruiting and building successful programs. Nick's passion for tennis is contagious and I am excited to see him take our programs to the next level. "
Margiasso most recently spent the last year operating CNTENNIS Consulting with a focus of coaching and advising international tennis student athletes to help find the best-fitting college program for student athletes.
"I would like to thank President Troha, Athletic Director Nikki Ayers, and the entire Eagles community for giving me the opportunity to join the Juniata Family," said Margiasso. "My search to be a part of a truly exceptional holistic college experience as a leader of student-athletes and Juniata's desire to revamp its tennis program has created a perfect match. I look forward to bringing my passion and commitment which has resulted in successes from every NCAA level up to the ATP Tour onto the Raffensberger Tennis Facility courts in our Eagles tennis matches, and in leading our young men and women in the classroom and in representing this proud program in every step we take together!"
