Women’s volleyball slides to No. 12 on AVCA poll
HUNTINGDON, Pa. – Following a rocky weekend against some of the top ranked schools in all of D-III, Juniata College women’s volleyball fell from No. 9 on the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Coaches Top 25 poll to No. 12, released late Tuesday.

Wittenberg (6-0), who previously held the No. 5 spot jumped-up to No. 2, is now ahead of No. 4 Christopher Newport (7-1) after beating the Captains in four games in Kennedy S+RC in Juniata's ASICS Invitational.
Puget Sound (5-2) went 1-2 over the weekend, defeating Juiata (5-3) and falling to both Wittenberg and Christopher Newport, but the win over Juniata convinced coaches to move the Loggers from No. 16 to 11th.

Juniata travels to Gambier, Ohio this weekend to compete against Mount Union College, Kenyon and Transylvania at the Kenyon Invitational.
