Volleyball Ranks 10th In National Poll
HUNTINGDON, Pa. – After a 2-1 weekend at the Sea Gull Classic in Salisbury, Md., the Juniata College women’s volleyball team slots in at 10th in the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) national poll, the organization announced Tuesday afternoon.

HUNTINGDON, Pa. – After a 2-1 weekend at the Sea Gull Classic in Salisbury, Md., the Juniata College women's volleyball team slots in at 10th in the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) national poll, the organization announced Tuesday afternoon.
Last weekend, the Eagles defeated Bridgewater College, 3-0, and the University of Mary Washington, 3-1, before falling to host Salisbury, 3-2, in the final match of the tournament. Juniata travels to Washington, D.C. this weekend for the second weekend of Landmark Conference play, hosted by the Catholic University of America. The Eagles next return home Oct. 25-26 to host the programs' annual Wid Guisler Invitational tournament.
