2016 (Sophomore): Vasinko played in 23 matches in his sophomore year as an Eagle... totaled 178 kills and 71 digs... had a season high number of kills against East. Mennonite with 18 (2/5)... also logged a season high number of digs against Wells with 7 (2/6).

2015 (Freshman): Played in 13 matches and 18 sets ... totaled 23 kills and 21 digs .. notched a season-high six kills vs York (3/21).

High School: Was earned three varisty letters in basketball and four for volleyball... Earned 1st-Team All-Section, All-State, and All-WPIAL from 2012-14 as an outside hitter.... 3 time section champion in volleyball, reaching the state semifinals in 2013 and 2014... 3 time district runners-up... Volleyball team captain in 2014.

Eagles' Season Ends With 3-0 Defeat to #7 Stevenson in CVC Semis

OWING MILLS, Md.- With the opportunity to advance to the championship match on the line, the Juniata men’s volleyball team first had the task of taking on #7 Stevenson in the Continental Volleyball Conference semifinals on Friday night. The Mustangs easily took the first two sets but JC gave them a fight in the third as Stevenson ultimately won 3-0 (25-13, 25-13, 26-24).

Eagles Come Back to Defeat Lions In Five Sets

HUNTINGDON, Pa.- Faced with a 2-1 deficit against visiting Penn State Altoona, the Juniata men’s volleyball team fought back to win a close fourth set and easily won the fifth set on its way to a 3-2 victory on Wednesday night at Memorial Gym. The win improves the Eagles’ record to 9-14 overall while the Lions drop to 15-9 on the season.

ELMIRA, N.Y.- The Juniata men’s volleyball team traveled to Elmira on Monday night for a non-conference match with the Soaring Eagles. EC was able to get the best of the Eagles with a 3-1 victory.
