TOWSON, MD- On Monday, senior women’s tennis player Heather Waring (San Antonio, TX/John Jay) was named the Landmark Conference Athlete of the Week. This is her first weekly award of the season.
HUNTINGDON, PA – The Juniata women’s tennis team (12-5, 5-2 Landmark) finished their regular season with a sweep over Stevenson (3-9) Friday afternoon on Senior Day.

HUNTINGDON, PA – The Juniata women’s tennis team (8-5, 2-2 Landmark) fell 2-7 to Elizabethtown College (8-2, 2-0 Landmark) Monday afternoon at the Raffensperger Tennis Courts.
MADISON, NJ – The Juniata women’s tennis team (8-4, 2-1 LC) gained ground in the Landmark Conference Saturday afternoon with an 8-1 win over Drew University (3-4, 0-3 LC).
MIDDLETOWN, PA – The Juniata women’s tennis team (7-4, 1-1 Landmark Conference) dominated the Hoverter Tennis Complex, defeating Penn State Harrisburg (2-8) 9-0 Thursday afternoon.
HUNTINGDON, PA- The Juniata women’s tennis team had a tough battle with visiting Scranton on Sunday afternoon at the Raffensberger Tennis Courts. The Royals defeated the Eagles by the final score of 6-3.
TOWSON, MD- For the second week, a member of the Juniata women’s tennis team has been named the Landmark Conference Women’s Tennis Athlete of the Week. Junior Tori Gray (York, PA/Central York) is this week’s honoree.
HUNTINGDON, PA- Needing one victory to break a 4-4 tie, the Juniata women’s tennis team got the decision it needed as they defeated Catholic 5-4 on Saturday afternoon at Rafensberger Courts. The win puts the Eagles at 6-3 while the Cardinals fall to 7-3 overall.
TOWSON, MD- The Landmark Conference announced the winners of its weekly awards on Monday. Sophomore women’s tennis player Rachel Yurchisin (Cleveland, OH/Padua Fransiscan) was tabbed as the Athlete of the Week.
HILTON HEAD, SC- The Juniata women’s tennis team faced off against Stockton University in the first of two matches on Thursday. The Eagles took first and third doubles but only claimed one singles match as they fell 6-3.
HILTON HEAD, SC- Juniata women’s tennis faced Nazareth College at Bluffton High School in Hilton Head, SC. The Eagles had little trouble with the Golden Flyers as the won 7-2.
HILTON HEAD, SC- The women’s tennis team dropped only one match on the day as it defeated Baldwin Wallace 8-1 on Monday at the Port Royal Plantation in Hilton Head, SC. The win improves the Eagles’ record to 3-1 overall while the Yellow Jackets fall to 0-6.
HUNTINGDON, PA- Coming off an 11-6 season that saw them qualify for the Landmark Conference Tournament for the second straight season, the Juniata women’s tennis team will look to keep that streak going with another postseason run in 2015. The Eagles were selected fifth in the Landmark preseason poll and just three points behind fourth-place Moravian.
